The "Iliadis prefabricated constructions" company was founded in 1973 by Iliadis Konstantinos and continues on until today under the supervision of Iliadis Theodoros, Surveying Engineer of A.U.TH.

As one of the forerunners in manufacturing prefabricated constructions we participated in its development, motivating and applying pioneering specifications. Today, we are constantly adapting to current conditions and requirements.

Having available a team of engineers professionally experienced and with great technical knowledge in manufacturing prefabricated houses. "Iliadis Prefabricated constructions" company consists of the research department, the architectural design department and the construction - supervision department.

• The architectural design department is responsible for planning your residence, along with the respective study and issuance of a building permit.
• The construction department deals with the whole construction and supervision process, both at the factory and at the worksite (lot / parcel). Experienced engineers design, supervise and provide specialized solutions for the best performance of your residence throughout the whole life of the structure.
