  The outer walls are made of HEA, they are a composite structure made of reinforced concrete and metallic elements which act as a bearing body on the basis of a static design, while they are connected to the foundations by bearing plates which are embedded in the foundations.
• Transport and installation
  Transport and installation are made from various types of crane vehicles, depending on distance and location.
• Insulations
  The insulation of the masonry is based on the energy study which is developed taking into account factors of the 4th Climatic Zone.
• Electrical - Plumbing
  The electrical and plumbing of your house are housed by qualified associates based on the respective studies.
• Colors
  The exterior and interior coloring of the house is done with cement-paint of your choice.
• Home furnishing and interior decoration
  Window frames, sanitary ware, kitchen and tiles can be installed from the range of products supplied by the cooperating companies.
• Delivery pick-up
  After the necessary control of the town planning services and the confirmation of the building permit, the home and the accompanying documents are handed over.
